The necessity of a successful work requires an attitude of tireless from teacher. More and more it is necessary to understand issues related to everday pratices as well as to think and rethink the relationship between student/educator, innovate pratices and propose solution. Hence, this paper intends to suggest potential interventions or to send learners to a group of educators whoact in classrooms in initial year. In order to do so, this paper reports a work applied to three learners with learning discrepancy enrolled in the fifth grade of a public elementary school in the city of Osasco.
